1. In a medium size skillet or frying pan, saute the onion in the oil until onion becomes brownish.
2. Add the frozen veggies to the pan.
3. Pour water out of organic tofu and add the tofu in the pan. Add seasoning/flavors like turmeric, adobo, thyme, parsley, salt, to your taste.
4. Let cook for about 15 minutes then stir to make sure all spices and veggies are evenly mixed and spread.
