1. Preheat grill plate or an outdoor grill on medium-high heat and lightly oiled
2. Whisk brown sugar & cinnamon mixture in a resealable plastic bag.
3. Place pineapple wedges in the bag and shake the wedges are each well coated.
4. Grill pineapple wedges, 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
Great side for kabobs and steak!
