African American women share the lived experience of race, class and gender oppression in a culture that supports white supremacist patriarchal capitalism. Their perspectives on wellness speak to the multi-layered ways in which individuals, communities and systems can support all beings through the dismantling of interlocking forms of oppression that are embodied and externalized.
